Shenzhen is a coastal city and however if it has gone through intensive densification, there is a collective effort to maintain its relationship with the sea.  In this case, they are 3 phases, the first, which is already built and host the client office, and the second are located on the opposite side of the street from the sea and the third one is directly on the sea side.  Because of its prime location, late phases will be dedicated to luxury residence and  some commercial convenience. To keep the axis of the central view clear, our design split the built space in two lower volume which gains in height as it reaches blind sights of the earlier phases. All units have an optimized view towards the sea. The third phases building has a very flexible plan, which allows open space and loft topologies.
