Urban void

What if the void space is the main protagonist of a project?Not an interstitial space, a separation or a lack of substance, but purely a intentional designed void. Sculpting a void. Following a vibrant pattern spreading all along the façade both the y and the x axis. The pattern is our breaking point and in the same time the rabbet joint,creating two surfaces, matching one another. Many cubes splurged out from the inner façade. The void create strong and intimate relationship between the two towers. The void is crossed by a high level passage physically linking the cores of the two buildings. Not only a simple osmotic flux of people  but an interesting promenade full of activities, linking the concentration of  restaurants, health activities and shops found in each building. The towers superpose new layers on the urban grid opening the possibility to develop a  vibrant and panoramic sky network.
