What if the building could have a double role pieces of public art ? We propose here a sculptural architectural form to use as, first, a gallery, and second, as a centrepiece of a gathering public space. The building's skin is coated with a highly shiny and polished mirror-like steel facade. This facade is bent and perforated at some critical area to achieve an highly energy effective building. The in-curved facade not only allows optimization energy use, but also creates surreal reflexions and surprising vision on every and any angle possible to look at. Those twisted images of the city creates new understanding and interpretations of the surrounding space.
